How do I set up my account?
Once we receive your application, you will be contacted by one of our onboarding and compliance managers to complete your account setup.
Overall, account opening for non-regulated entities with a non-complex ownership structure should not exceed 24 hours from application.
We aim to onboard all entities within 10 working days from application.

Once the account setup process has been completed, you will find your individual payment details, which you can use for depositing funds on this page. Details and payment rail types will depend on your chosen currencies and digital asset wallets.

How to deposit
Please go to the Receive money page, where you will be able to find the relevant deposit details. Please make your deposit and await clearing.
Please note, that once your profile setup is complete, we will open a dedicated secure channel for you to communicate with our team directly. This channel will serve as our main contact point with you for all transactions and 24/7 customer support. You can also request for individual transactions and trades to be performed for you using this channel.
How to withdraw
You can transfer funds to your Counterparties via the “send funds” page.
Please note that before making a withdrawal, you have to create a beneficiary first by going to the “Counterparties” page.
How to exchange
Simply access the Exchange page from your profile and create an exchange request.
Limits and fees
Your fees will be charged according to the bespoke fee schedule you will be assigned to by your dedicated customer success manager and solutions engineer.
